You can help your clients bypass their "conscious talk" and connect with their real feelings with imagery. From this quiet place, clients can gently gain understanding and motivation from their own inner resources. Both client and therapist receive insight and direction for the next step in recovery.

Releasing guilt, blame and grief. Imagery for forgiveness. Assisting client with mind/body communication.

Two |
Fine-tune and improve skills. Understand client's dominate representational systems to utilize in imagery. Visit
the past, affect-bridges, reframing. Visit the future. Utilize and reframe clients inner dialogue. Ego-state imagery.
Conflict resolution imagery.Teaching client to use imagery as a self-soothing and spiritual tool.
