During your first appointment, we will discuss what is not working in your life, and how you want it to be. I then explain what to expect during hypnosis (which comprises approximately 40 minutes of the first session).
Unlike many of the larger hypnosis centers; I will be your hypnotherapist from start to finish, and I am always available to you by phone or email.
I am Client-centered, choosing the hypnotic techniques best suited to your situation. I look forward to speaking with you and assisting you.
